Terms and Conditions for Car Repairs and Tyres:

1. Estimates: All estimates provided for car repairs and tyre services are subject to change based on any unforeseen issues that may arise during the repair process.
2. Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the car repair or tyre service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards as payment methods.
3. Warranty: We offer a limited warranty on all car repairs and tyre services provided by us. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
4. Liability: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles left in our care, including theft, fire, or any other unforeseen events.
5. Additional Work: Any additional work requested by the customer during the car repair or tyre service will require an additional estimate and approval from the customer.
6. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their vehicle, including make, model, year, and any existing issues.
7. Abandoned Vehicles: Any vehicles left at our premises for more than 30 days without payment or communication from the customer will be considered abandoned and subject to disposal.
8. Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is provided.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
